Foxy Boxing

Foxy Boxing is our newest addition to our classes timetable in 2010. It's a brand new fitness revolution that takes all the best parts out of Mixed Martial Arts training and fuses them together for a work out that will leave you feeling strong, sexy and confident!

Have you ever watched an action movie starring kick ass chicks who just look absolutely buff and amazing in a no steriod freak type way? Think of Cameron, Drew, Lucy and Demi from 'Charlie's Angels'. Jessica Biel in 'Blade Trinity' or Halle Berry in 'Cat Women'. All of these celebrities went through Martial Arts training to get those gorgeous bodies ready for the silver screen and now we've devised a fitness class using the same techniques to get you the same results.

As you tone your arms, abs, butt, thighs and legs you'll also learn how to upper cut, elbow and round house kick like 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer', building valuable muscles and skills that every girl should have these days to stay safe.

Foxy Boxing is not a self defense class so you'll never have to throw down with one of your class mates. It's all about using the same training techniques as the stars do to prepare for action roles to sculpt your body into a creation worthy of a Victoria Secret runway!

Classes are available in both 4 and 8 week long courses, one hour per week. We recommend taking Foxy Boxing as a full 8 week course if you are not currently enrolled in a pole dancing course. Day time classes are also available. 4 week courses are $50, 8 week courses are $100 and casual classes are $15. Please visit our News & Events page for details on any specials relating to this class.
