Pole Fit
Pole Fit is a fantastic way to get your body back in shape for Summer fast! Using all the strengthening exercises from all our classes avaialble at Pole Fetish combined, it is a full hour of working every muscle in your body from literally head to toe. Starting off with a bit of cardio to warm the muscles up, the class then kicks into high gear with exercises in squats, sit ups, push ups, back bends and much more and finishes off with a series of pole strengthening techniques and a much deserved cool down. It's the perfect class to take if your not into learning the art of pole dancing but would love to have the same shape, tone and strength as the professional pole dancers. You don't have to have any previous pole experience at all and any age, size or fitness level can do the class and take it at your own pace. You'll be amazed at the end of the 8 weeks how much easier you can get through it then your first class! And having our instructor, Gabrielle's, amazing body after 2 babies cheering you on is more inspiration than you'll ever need! WANT TO COMPLIMENT YOUR POLE FIT TRAINING? Pole Fit is obviously a great class to take to really help you build your strength and stamina in your pole dance training. We recommend combining it with your pole dancing course, perhapes even just every second week if it's all you can squeeze in, to see how much of a difference it makes. Or if your just into the hard core work outs without much pole, the Masterclass Strengthening is quite similar, only half the length and twice as hard! * Classes are available in an 8 week course or casual one hour classes. An 8 week course is just $100, and casual classes are $15 each.
