Stretch & Flex  

  

  

  

Stretch & Flex is a 4 week course that combines Yoga, Pilate's, Body Balance and Ballet workouts to majorly increase flexibility and strength through out the whole body. It involves a series of deep, intense stretches that promote airflow through the muscles, build up a sweat and push your flexibility to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.   

Your instructor will show you the correct way to do common stretches that often are not executed properly, aiming to improve your core strength, extensions and technique. If you are looking for a class that is challenging yet relaxing enough to be taken at your own personal pace, Stretch & Flex is the class that will either wake you up in the morning or help you unwind at the end of a long day.   

We recommend taking a Stretch & Flex course in conjunction with any pole dancing course, whether you train at Pole Fetish or not, to help you master body control and improve your strength when tackling the tricks, spins and poses on the pole.

Stretch & Flex is a fantastic course to take in conjunction with any of our courses on offer at Pole Fetish as it's training covers such a broad spectrum of skills vital for all aspects of training. It is particularly beneficial for pole dance training as the higher you move up in pole levels, the more flexibility you require to fully master the tricks.
